Sad story, my wifes Grandma suffers with dementia, and whilst watching this programme she thought the presenters were talking directly to her, and almost burst into tears.

Those talking about 'other peoples misery' need to wake up to the fact that in the vast majority of occasions on this programme someone else is suffering because of the people not paying a bill. Its not all money owed to 'the man', these are other people getting into crap because someone won't pay them for a service provided. Its the same with the home programme, normal people getting shafted. These aren't poor little victims being shafted by the state - and even then you don't deserve something for nothing.

Can't Pay and Strapped To A Dray
Debtors that are unable to settle what they owe are tied to a wooden cart and paraded slowly along their nearest High Street. Presenters Gareth Hale and Norman Pace interview local people to get their take on each week's bound and gagged defaulter and handing out rotten fruit to children.

Tenants can be fully up to date with the rent and have the property in good order, but be evicted if the landlord just wants the property back.
People who don't pay their debts as they fall due, and don't talk to their creditors, deserve all the grief they get.

Most deserve it especially car traders who welch on their debts, there are some people who hit unfortunate times, brilliant when the smart arses think they can ring their solicitors and wriggle out of the debt only to find a live writ stuffed up their schnozzle trumps everything

Great programme, if there's one lesson to be learnt by watching it, if a geezer turns up on your doorstep with a summons saying 'high court' on the top of it, pay it, pay it straight away and wave them goodbye Seeing some of the daft cunts making out they haven't got the money and then incurring ridiculously high charges for 'removal' etc makes me wince.
